Solidaime is a non-profit-making association born from the imagination of two men who wished that charitable associations would cooperate with food industrials and super/hypermarket retailers toward a common objective: to propose a new way of consumption in order to encourage the solidarity between people. The concept is simple: for each Solidaime product bought, the amount written on the packaging is automatically paid to the association partnered with the Solidaime brand mentioned on the product.
Objectives
To make Solidaime known as the 1
st range of solidarity retailed products, to ensure the visibility of the Solidaime products among consumers in order to increase donations, and to develop new partnerships with more associations and other retailers.
Strategies
Cap&Cime leads regular actions in the consumer press to increase journalist awareness of Solidaime and to promote Solidaime products among consumers: organization of press conferences and interviews, promotion of the food aid Chart signature with Christine Boutin, launching of the "Solidaime Week" in April 2009.
